Rubyripper Needs an Option to Skip the Rip Step #466

It is sometimes useful to "rip" a disc without actually performing the rip 
step. One such use case for this functionality is to generate a cuesheet for a 
disc that you already have ripped.

Attached is a patch which provides this functionality.
