Each congregation will be responsible for uploading their archived sermons to amazon s3 buckets. Provide documentation on

• [x] downloading
• [x] installing
• [x] configuring the amazon s3 command line tool.

Also provide instruction on scheduling this command to run periodically. Consider both Windows + Linux environments.
