Fix some vulnerabilities #64

I have fixed some more serious package vulnerabilities. I have also committed the package.json

@lukeocodes Hi, thanks for pinging me. I sold httpstatuses.com a couple of years back to WebFX and the repository was transferred to Ryan (@rmaake1) as he handled the acquisition on behalf of WebFX and I am no longer a maintainer. As far as I know, the site is frozen as there has been no changes made since the sale so I suspect that any contributions to this repository will go unactioned -- although I cannot speak for the current owners.

As the website is entirely static I don't think the package vulnerabilities represent any concern because the code is no longer being used to generate the site, however if you are concerned I'd recommend reaching out to WebFX.

Let me know if you need any more information from me :-) Thank you for taking the time to contribute, apologies that your time has been wasted, if I still had maintainer access I would archive the repository.

@citricsquid that's just what I thought. I noticed some differences between whats live and the build. That's a shame, too! Thanks for responding, I appreciate the heads up.
