What's the problem you're hoping this new feature will solve?

Newer message types have some ways of interacting before the message is completed, and there currently isn't a home for them. A good example is the standup message template #23 .

Description of feature

The sharable link for a message should not 404 before a message is built. Rather, it should serve (or redirect) to a preview page that's appropriate for that message type and the user state (logged in, owner, participant, anonymous viewer)

Sharing a link for a message, regardless of it's completed state also feels a bit more natural. Like sharing a link to a zoom call with the waiting room.

Alternatives and workarounds

No way to accomplish this currently.

Additional context

Some actions that would benefit from having a preview page:

• on a roundtable (standup) message, it can be a place where people who have had the link shared with them can opt in to participating.
• on an AMA message, it can be a place where people can submit a question.

And it's a good foundation for future message types. Lots to be done but closing this one as the initial work is out of the way
