Add a resources page for the tools that work well with Keep Posted #47

What's the problem you're hoping this new feature will solve?

Because of constrained resources and a desire to work alongside the existing tools used by teams, Keep Posted offloads some optional—but useful—functionality to 3rd party tools and services. If someone isn't already using these tools, they can be hard to discover.

Description of feature

A prominent documentation page that covers the tools that work well with Keep Posted, and helps explain the various options to people using the app.

To start, this page should cover:

Alternatives and workarounds

Currently people have to do research on their own to understand what their options are.

For now this will live on the new 'recording preferences' page in the settings section.

Just deployed the updated recording settings page which has a brief overview of how message creators can use closed captions and virtual cameras. Each has a link out to a more in depth page in the wiki.
