Self-serve account deletion

What's the problem you're hoping this new feature will solve?

You currently can't delete your account on Keep Posted without help from an admin.

Description of feature

There needs to be a self-serve account deletion flow. At the moment, Keep Posted is still in a free, mvp state and it's not entirely unreasonable to need to put in a request to have your account deleted (although it's FAR from ideal). If payment plans are introduced, it's vital that a person be able to manage their entire app experience end-to-end. If they want to leave, especially if leaving involves stopping paying, they should not have to worry about that process being delayed.

Deleting an account would delete:

• The main account record
• Any messages, associated clips, files, or title images
• Any users attached to the account
• Preferences, settings, integration connections
• Anything else in the database with a matching account identifier

Alternatives and workarounds

Currently people have to request full account deletion from an admin. Alternatively, they can just abandon their account.

Testing this for the past few days. Appears to be working in development. Will test a few more times in production and watch for errors.

Tested locally and in production. Closing and calling this done.

Account deletion can be done from the account settings page (which only the account owner can access).
