IXM changed to SIXM #1414

It appears Financial Sector Select (IXM) has. changed to SIXM starting with December contracts.

I haven't dealt with a symbol change before so wasn't certain on how to manage it.

It appears simply changing it in the IB/ib_futures_config.csv is all that's needed.

US-PROPERTY also appears to have moved to SIXRE

and US-TECH is SIXT. Looks like IB may be moving over select sector futures to S* tickers. One to keep an eye on
