Support GNOME glib syntax ‘"msgctxt|msgid"’ in XAML #22

I've always followed that convention anyway, and in PoEdit it would be awesome to do CTRL+B to translate all trivial english texts when there is no context.

This would kind of be a breaking change, so ideas a welcome.
