I'm pretty sure the owner has had passed on. His twitter and other online presence is gone since 2019. I was on and off again helping with this package and communication stopped very suddenly. I've been meaning to fork it and publish a new nuget package but haven't gotten around to it. Perhaps you could

I am trying... I took the converted base and used it for Avalonia's xaml. There I've used a build script (Cake) with automatical upload of the NuGet package. This can be used in return in this repo - but I'm not sure how to take over to ngettext-wpf NuGet feed... rename the package?

Also, the changes of the net5 PR are still missing
