Internet Explorer 7 in Vista Crashes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run oSpy 1.9.7.0 
2. inject agent > iexplore (xxxx)
3. Internet Explorer crashes.. see Problem signature below. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Vista Home Basic SP1 (32-bit)
IE 7.0.6001.18000

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm surprised no one else has reported IE7 crashing with oSpy.
I don't have anything unusuall running on my system.
If you need any other information, please let me know.

If I disable Protected Mode, I can inject without a crash.

I'm about to release 1.10.0 with lots of fixes and improvements; planning to 
look into 
protected mode support in one of the upcoming releases.
