More Road Signs #2

Self-assigned task (based on private request) to add new road signs. Consider international signs and more US-style signs. Specifically European signs first, along with Spanish specific signs, then move on to other signs from around the world to go along with the new railroad crossing international signs.

Help would be wanted gathering images of signs not in the mod as of now.

Notice! This issue is still open to remind those who visit that they can suggest features when reporting an issue instead of a bug or crash report, if they are wanting to suggest something. Suggesting new signs is recommended, as many road signs mods have stayed on older versions of mc, which is fine, but this one can't stay forever. Add as much signs as you can think of (but the limit may be here sooner rather than later).

Also note that most signs must be recreated from scratch if possible (when not public domain) so that copyright isn't an issue.
