APIs include:

Creating needed SQL tables (Users, Statuses)

Users

Creating users
Updating user auth tokens
Getting a list of all users

Statuses

Creating new status mapping for user
Updating new status mapping for user
Removing status mapping for user

Default statuses

Creating new default status mapping for user
Updating default status mapping for user
Removing default status mapping for user

It's possible that default statuses can just be a different match value of * and have the same API.
