Fixes and improve the FIRASim communication, at the moment there is only one environment which works using FIRA, however, running it requires extra non trivial steps. So, althought available, it should no be specified as a core environment.
Changes:
Fix FIRA get_field_params, its values are based on VSSSLeague/FIRASim tag v3.0 with max_v matching rsim
Make FIRA connection a parameter of the vss gym base
Remove base vss fira files
Fix fira replacement and commands
Tested using my fork of FIRA which tries to fix reset values and make FIRA synchronous
Added wiki page explaining this environment hurdles to run hurdles
