Error installing rsoccer using pip (windows) #61

I tried to install using pip and got this error:

I tried manually using pip install . and it did not work

We need to look further into it, to provide additional info, we only uploaded pre-compiled package for linux distributions, so for installing on windows it will try to install from the source, the problem is probably it trying to compile the rSim and failing
