Remove extra environments, reduce to main VSS env and SSL Hardware Challenge envs #64

Reduce the environments to only the main VSS environment and SSL Hardware challenges.

With these changes it removes the necessity to use protobuf and pytorch as dependencies, this PR is a push to tidy the repo, which will start by reducing the code base

Removed environments: VSSMA VSSGk VSSFIRA SSLGoToBall SSLGoToBallIR SSLGoToBallShoot SSLPassEnduranceMA

the readme was also updated and the citation was changed to use the springer publishing bibtex
