[vending_machine_control] Change compatibility #55

It should be changed specific compatibility into vending machine. This is because all pc type client can not perform the vending machine control rapp.

We resolved this problem via other way setting rapp_package_whitelist instead of changing vending machine compatibility. So, I reverted afee150..d45b302
