Install google services on R1 #222

We have to install google services on R1 to deal with speech and make sure that the account created works out.

The installation of the google services will not be directly installed on the console of VM but rather in a separate VM self contained. This was the best solution to avoid polluting and install private keys locally. The VM is configured, tested and ready to be deployed. The only problem is to share it to you by cloud. I will personally hand it to you as soon as I return in the lab.

Virtual Machine deployed and tested R1's system.
