Align TUG modules and application according to latest demos and requests

This PR incorporates changes to the managerTUG and, in small part, to the motionAnalyzer, to satisfy the request of partners during latest demos.

Code highlights are:

managerTUG

• A dedicated state for question time, in which the user can ask questions to the robot
• A dedicated state in which the user has to raise the hand to confirm if they want to start the experiment after question time

motionAnalyzer

• Check if the user surpasses the finish line for too long

Configuration highlights are:

• New phrases and keywords are added for question time, according to feedback by external users

Setup highlights are:

• Now it is possible to run all modules with only one docker compose file (docker-compose-full.yml)
• Related to the above, it is possible to launch all the applications on the YarpManager, instead of relying on the mercy of docker

Changes were successfully changed on the robot.
