This PR includes:

3 new gstreamer plugins to integrate yarp inside a gstreamer pipeline: yarpvideosource, yarpvideosink, yarpvideopassthrough. See the new documentation.
the removal of h264 carrier (broken).
the addition of the gstreamer carrier, which replaces h264 with extended functionalities. See the updated documentation.
