Instead of a detune, clock just S/H the frequencies. You can use the knob to detune or maybe a portamento
so your clocking in at 440 and you trigger...it holds a 440.
With Portamento...you have a slide into the next value other pin can be octave or 5th?
or...have it like the knob and portamento down to 0 herz. on the clock...it holds the freq...but drops the feq down based
