Log Level for "Connection state changed" message #219

Why is the following log message has INFO-level priority?

Connection state changed for sun.nio.ch.SelectionKeyImpl@someHash230947

Just wondering.

The issues are not a Q&A system.  Please don't use it like this.

I don't know for certain why they're INFO, but I bet if I looked it'd be due to 
the fact that things like unexpected connection drops are logged as warning or 
whatever separately.  No need to log connections being established as anything 
other than info.
