PaddleOCR的轻量版检测模型mbv3+db转onnx再转rknn，推理输出全是0，改了各种预处理参数都不行，求救 #212

检查下 Paddle OCR 的输入是否还有 inf, -inf 这类无穷数，是的话需要把这类量化数据改小，可以尝试改到 100/-100，10/-10
