What needs to be done?

Additional context

There was a suggestion to have the vital signs- Temp, HR, BP, and O2 as fill in sections rather than having them as free text (but remain as not mandatory). We feel this could be a good idea, but only if the sections are on one page together and not that you have to skip a page for each vital sign (as they are not always needing to be filled in)
