Documentation bug on download page - maven repository url #25

the download page states one should use 'https://raw.github.com/rodionmoiseev/c10n/master/c10n-mvn-repo/releases' as url for the maven repo. The url is invalid now and should be replaced with 'https://raw.githubusercontent.com/rodionmoiseev/c10n/master/c10n-mvn-repo/releases/'
