As reported by narpat007 on RCGroups.

@Rodizio, related to EZWBC 1.6RC6, bug observed.

  1. After expanding file system in the 32 GB sdcard at RX pi, I left the link live throught night for more than 10Hrs. Rx Pi saved 3.9GB video file with 3hrs and 35min length in the usb stick, hower I was expecting much much bigger file or several files let's say of 3.9GB each. RX pi had very large space of around 28GB free to store 10hrs video.

  2. Saved video does not have the Telemetry OSD info, its plane video.

This looks like the 4GB filesize limit of the FAT32 filesystem. I will see if it is possible to automatically split the files (and if it's possible without losing a few seconds of video), not sure if it can be fixed easily.

A possible workaround (but I havent tried this) would be to use a filesystem for the USB memory stick that doesn't have this 4GB limitation, either NTFS if using Windows or EXT4 if using Linux.
