Serving project doesn't automatically forward port in remote VSCode

When using VSCode remotely via ssh or codespaces, you have to manually forward the port after serving the project. It should automatically forward the port for you. Some relevant docs: https://code.visualstudio.com/api/advanced-topics/remote-extensions#forwarding-localhost
