[FEATURE] Show user's Canvas Courses #4071

1 Petyo/Dobromir, Canvas for all.

1.1 In the UIUC App if the user does not see in Academics My College of Medicine Compliance or My Gies Canvas Courses then show a button with "My Canvas Courses"

1.2 Tapping "My Canvas Courses" shows the user's Canvas Courses panel and tapping a Canvas Course shows "Assignments" and "Launch Canvas" as we do with Gies or College of Medicine

1.3 Tapping "Assignments" again does what we do with Gies Canvas

1.4 Petyo, no Nudges or Sync. Work out if you want to give new APIs etc to handle this.
