[FEATURE] Support Essential Skills Coach survey content type #4204

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The Essential Skills Coach is currently does not support survey content types. We would like to be able to open custom surveys (e.g., BESSI) in the app from the dashboard.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a survey content reference type to the CustomCourses model and open the SurveyPanel from the dashboard similarly to how we open videos and PDF files.
