[USABILITY] Wellness: text edit and image update #4210

Please make the following edits to the Wellness section panels:

  1. Under Wellness >. Wellness Tip, update the 8 dimension image thumbnail and pop-up image to the image in the zip file, provided as either a png or webp file. (Right now they are two different images. With this update, the image will be the same file in both places.)

  2. Under Wellness > Wellness Resources, update "Other Wellness Resources" to "Online Wellness Resources"

The new wellness wheel image is available in version 6.0.22. The new resource name is updated on the cloud and is available now.

Thank you, @mihail-varbanov. Confirming that both updates are complete in 6.0.22 on prod.
