EDP no workie

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download and run installer
2. Receive errors posted in EDP thread by daspazz
3. Cry because EDP will not install.  Poor D820 still has no audio

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Installation of EDP and happiness for the world.  Instead errors as per Number 
3 above.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Most recent release, on OSX10.0 ML on a D820.

Please provide any additional information below.
Help soon so I can give the D820 back to my daughter by Friday.
