Change the team order to ABABA #64

I think it would be good to change the team order of who goes infected first 
to switch with every map, just like it has been done in the L4D1 competitive 
cfgs forever, as it makes it more fair I think.

Guess you could use the L4D2 version of the score/team manager plugin...

I run that plugin with auto load confogl and it works perfectly. I'd still like 
to be
able to choose what order people play - the cvar l4d2_team_order for that plugin
allows changing it.

We've had a lot of bad experiences with that plugin (1) not working with any 
custom scoring (2) breaking the team order (3) reporting wrong scores etc.  We 
want ABABA as much as anyone else, but we don't want to break the game.  It 
will get done, but we have to do a fair amount of work to get it working to a 
high enough standard for a competitive config.
