500 Server Error #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Going to the site link: https://google-tasks-porter.appspot.com/

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The normal display of the site.  The error I see is: 

Error: Server Error
The server encountered an error and could not complete your request.

If the problem persists, please report your problem and mention this error 
message and the query that caused it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP on Firefox 22.0

Please provide any additional information below.

Tested it on 3 different accounts and 3 different computers.
OS Windows XP  - Firefox 22.0
OS Windows 7   - Internet Explorer
OS Windows XP  - Internet Explorer 8

for those of you who need an export feature. i used this service:

What a piece of junk. It's 15 Jan 2014 and the 500 server error is still 
happening. Take down the friggin web site if it doesn't work any more!
