MC 1.12.2 Potion Wands cannot be combined with potions. #83

The Potion Wand cannot be combined with any potions. The crafting recipe in JEI does not show crafting recipes, nor does combining the wand and potion yield any effect in the wand. Unsure if there is any fix in the config files or if current update of MC does not support Potion Wands or broke recipes. :/

If anyone else encounters this issue, I made a quick fix to the potion adding problem here. There should be a .jar for anyone to download.

All I did was figure out how to register the AddPotionRecipe and found a missing dependency from an archive site.
