footer not working #1

The content in the footer folder does not apply. There is only a white line at the bottom of the page. This was tested with the exampleSite.

Hi @eichmeyer. I can't reproduce this problem. I've just now built locally the exampleSite and it has a content from the content/footer/index.[en|ru].md file in the footer. My main blog has it as well. Could you create a repository on Github with the content that demonstrates this problem?

I will give it a try. I used the latest version of Hugo on Windows.
