Support for installation via ViolentMonkey. #99

Ok, so this is a reach.

I am just wondering if, at all, installation of Bird UI could be achieved through addons such as ViolentMonkey. It would give users a bit more flexability.

Of course, this would require some tweaking as it is JS-based instead of CSS-based, but I believe it should be possible.

My reasoning for this was that I was able to install Tangerine UI through a UserScript.

There is a user script here, but I'm not willing to support one directly in the repo otherwise. Suggestion welcome, naturally. Also kinda suggested in #2 earlier.
