MDN dispatched message not compliant with delivery notification implementation guide. #191

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Send a message to a HISP with the X-DIRECT-FINAL-DESTINATION-DELIVERY 
dispotion option option set.
2. Receiving HISP sends an MDN dispatched message, and received MDN sets the 
X-DIRECT-FINAL-DESTINATION-DELIVERY option as an MDN disposition option (or not 
at all).

What is the expected output?

According to the implementation guide, the X-DIRECT-FINAL-DESTINATION-DELIVERY 
header should be set as an extension field in the report section of the MDN 
dispatched message.
