[Genesis] Write genesis tx to sequencer #1736

Summary

  1. Save the genesis txs to TransactionStore and give tx_order 0 to genesis tx
  2. In indexer, child object is stored in objectstate table instead of fieldstate table

TODO

  1. Save the genesis txs to indexer, including states, transaction and event indexer.
