Test for dead links #89

We need to test which pages/links on the old website no longer exist on the new one, and see which one of these are expected and which are errors.

Here is an R script that will do this automatically.

We killed ambassador program - so do we let this link https://new.ropensci.org/ambassadors be dead or redirect somewhere?
