Mappings to VFB for link exchange, data integration #10

I noticed you now have mappings from your pages to VFB. Many thanks for the traffic. We'd like to set up reciprocal mappings to you if possible.

e.g. linking from http://www.virtualflybrain.org/site/stacks/index.htm?id=FBbt_00067063 back to

Does your site structure make it possible to roll links pointing to specific pages? If so, can you provide a list of mappings and a link recipe?

Longer term, it would be good to integrate your mappings to odorants into VFB. This could allow queries for ORN (ultimately for circuits) by odorant on our site - with link outs to your site for e-phys data. For this we would need an odorant -> ORN mapping with odorants as ChEBI. Looks like this is straightforward. We would then need stable identifiers and a link recipe to roll links to DoOR.

Didn't realise (or had forgotten) that you and Marta already put links for ORNs/sensilla place. (see discussion on VirtualFlyBrain/VFB_owl#12)

To make these sustainable as DoOR grows, I'd like to run be able to regenerate the links from mapping mapping files - Ideally hosted on GitHub.

Three tables would do the trick. Looks like you should be able to dump these from your R model reasonably easily:

If you are happy to provide them, ChEBI -> ORN/Sensillum links could be used to drive chemical-based queries on VFB - linking back to DoOR for electrophysiology evidence etc. Once we have more connectivity data in place, we could potentially enrich the results using known circuit connections.
