Fix CRAN feedback on v2.4.4 #59

Please add \value to .Rd files regarding exported methods and explain the functions results in the documentation. Please write about the structure of the output (class) and also what the output means. (If a function does not return a value, please document that too, e.g. \value{No return value, called for side effects} or similar) Missing Rd-tags in up to 36 .Rd files, e.g.: beast2_options_to_table.Rd: \value beastier_report.Rd: \value check_beast2_options_do_not_overwrite_existing_files.Rd: \value check_can_create_dir_for_state_output_file.Rd: \value check_can_create_file.Rd: \value check_can_create_screenlog_file.Rd: \value ...

Please fix and resubmit.
