Use h1 for versions

Hi @richelbilderbeek,

With this Pull Request I'd would like to make the changelog appear on the website. https://docs.ropensci.org/beastier/news/index.html.

Basically did Find / Replace all "##" -. "#" to remove one level of indentation

pkgdown only recognizes h1 for versions
