Improve coverage #91

Current coverage is ~72%. I aim to improve the coverage to 90+%.

[x] Fix YAML file to retrieve covr::report() output file from artifacts
[x] Identify lines to test
[x] Cover the lines

The coverage improved to 83%. Testing S4 methods required more work than I expected, but I believe ~90% coverage can be reached next week. After then I will submit responses to ROpenSci reviewers' comments.

As of 0.8.1, the coverage is 92.3%.
