It appears that I'm unable to tag this release (privileges?). I get the error msg

I was going use the tag 'redland_r_1.0.17-7' and the text:
The redland 1.0.17-10 release includes the new functions getResults() which returns all the results of a query, writeResults() which writes query results to a file and getNodeValue which returns the value of an RDF node as a string.
Bug fixes for this release include adding an RDF language parameter to the function statement(), which was omitted from the initial release.
The 1.0.17-10 release is now available from CRAN.
