Underwater archaeology heritage nonprofit based in Canada. The only scholarly reference I can find is listing one of the co-founders as a journal contributor. If there is evidence of a preprint, perhaps we could add, but would otherwise recommend Hold for Later. Seems potentially in scope, but need evidence of research outputs.

I agree this would likely be in scope. I did find the center listed in the acknowledgments of this recent publication. I'll flag as hold and we can re-review in a few months.
