Typically, we list university hospitals as related, as they tend to operate with a degree of autonomy from their university partners, but this is org-requested, so representing as asked.

Universidade de São Paulo (036rp1748) has 3 hospitals, 2 of then is autonomous: Hospital das Clínicas de Ribeirão Preto (04n6fhj26) and Hospital das Clínicas da Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de São Paulo (03se9eg94). These records are correct and can be maintained as related. Hospital Universitário da Universidade de São Paulo (0406jsq08) is not an autonomous hospital. Is an child record.
