It's likely that there's an npm update of a dependency. I can't reproduce the problem. The test_site.bash script worked for me both without a rebuild and after doing docker rmi robotssite
to force a rebuild of the image. You could try that too.
Will the test run without your changes with just the gh-pages
branch as hosted on origin
?
If you still can't get it to run please open a PR with your attempted changes and I can try testing against them.
The issue didn't resolve when I rebuilt the image. I've tried to run the bash script as hosted on origin
as well. Adding this line to the Dockerfile did help to bring up the image without the missing arg error.
RUN npm i -g npm@latest
Hmm, the other thing that could be cached is the ubuntu:bionic image.
It builds for me forcing a fresh pull and no-caching can you try this?
docker build --pull --no-cache -t "robotssite" .
The full output from my run:
Same issue here.
With RUN npm i -g npm@latest
, I get another unreadable error.
But the following helps:
RUN curl -sL https://deb.nodesource.com/setup_10.x | bash -
While running the bash script for testing the site locally, I get Missing Arg error in the npm configuration. I'm unable to run to verify the update.
