Unfoldable doc status "jumps" #28

The unfoldable doc status list jumps roughly one line up after finishing to unfold. This is due to the fact that the ul element has a margin-top. This margin will collapse with the margin-bottom of the line with the ros distro links. Instead use a padding-top on the ul element and set the margin-top to zero.
