Removes obsolete doxygen options #88

Can you look up what platforms that we run on this change is available on? The change was made in 2014 so I'd like to confirm that removing this won't break any of our existing platforms before merging this.

So since doxygen 1.8.7 this is obsolete (http://www.doxygen.nl/manual/changelog.html) If I understand

what platforms that we run on this change is available on correctly I checked
