remove EOL ROS Lunar from travis config #127

ROS Lunar is EOL and this package never built successfully against it. Removing it to bring green CI and in prevision of Melodic / Noetic support

Yep, makes sense. Before merging that PR, I think that the README should be modified accordingly, the "lunar" line of the CI matrix should be removed
