Hi @luator , I've only found this PR after preparing my own PR (#20). There's a big overlap between the fixes I already had in my PR (including those by @meyerj ), so I've added the relevant commits from your PR into #20 . So #20 is now a superset of this PR. Seems like different people on GitHub do the same fixes over and over again...
